L-Arginine
HCL - *An
Amino acid.
Helps rid the body of ammonia and is used to make compounds in the
body such creatine, L-glutamate, and L-proline. L-arginine can be
converted to glucose and glycogen. L-arginine is also used to make
the nitric oxide, a compound in the body that relaxes blood vessels
and aids circulation.
L-Arginine is the most
abundant amino acid in semen. It further enhances Nitric Oxide production
as well as a precursor to growth hormone necessary for male performance.
Studies show that L-Arginine may increase sperm and semen volume.
It May also improve fertility (even among men with low sperm counts
or poor sperm motility), and sperm health and activity increase
with supplementation. L-Arginine causes the production of Nitric
Oxide which increases blood flow to the area.
This amino acid is a precursor to nitric oxide (NO). High dose arginine
(5 grams per day given for 6 weeks) has been shown to improve erection
in men with ED3. It is generally safe and well tolerated. Doses
of 3 grams per day also seem to be beneficial. Arginine at doses
of up to 3 grams three times daily has beneficial effects on cardiac
blood vessel reactivity. It also may improve cardiac function in
those with congestive heart failure. Therefore, it is much safer
than Viagra for treating ED, especially in patients with a history
of heart disease.

L-Carnitine - An Amino acid.
Carnitine is responsible for the transport of long-chain fatty acids
into the energy-producing centers of the cells known as the mitochondria.
Clinical studies provide evidence that supplementary L-Carnitine
may support healthy fat oxidation, support muscle (lean tissue)
deposition, and along with a healthy diet and exercise, may help
maintain a healthy body weight.*
This amino acid is found in high concentrations in healthy sperm.
Proven to significantly increase the percentage of highly motile
sperm.

live bacteria taken orally to restore beneficial bacteria to the
body
L. Acidophilus may be helpful in dealing with
bacterial vaginosis. Other uses include the possible reduction or
prevention of some diarrheas and alleviation of irritable bowel
syndrome symptoms and, possibly, inflammatory bowel disease (such
as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis)

Lutein - A carotenoid
Lutein (pronounced LOO-teen) is a carotenoid, meaning a natural
colorant or pigment, found in dark green leafy vegetables such as
spinach, plus various fruits and corn. Egg yolks are also sources
of lutein.
Lutein is found in the retinas of the eyes and is essential for
proper vision. Lutein may lower the risk of developing cataracts,
macular degeneration, and atherosclerosis.
