Damiana

Turnera Aphrodisiaca,
Contains
volatile oils, from which thymol, a copaene and calamine have
been isolated. It also contains damianin resins and gum. This
herb is usually used to help improve sexual function and drive.
Thymol
is used to fight athletes bronchitis, emphysema, foot, fungus, intestinal
worms, jaw tumors, lung tumors, Parkinsons disease, rejuvenate
sexual organs, increase sperm count, strengthen female eggs, combat
nervousness, exhaustion, combat frigidity, hot flashes, menopause
and prostate problems.
Centuries-old
remedy used as an aphrodisiac for its ability to stimulate genitals.
The scientific name of this plant, Turnera Aphrodisiaca, has
been available in the United States since 1874. The ancient Mayans
used it for "giddiness and loss of balance". The natives
of Mexico have used it also for its "peculiar action on the
sexual appetite and function".
Damiana
may stimulate the nervous system helping to reduce depression, and
mood disorders especially where there is a sexual factor thus giving
it an aphrodisiac action. The pharmacology of the plant suggests
that the alkaloids could have a testosterone-like action. Used to
strengthen or supplement the hormones, and to help deal with menopausal
and PMS problems.
Damiania
has a reputation as a powerful woman's herb with it's progesteronic
action which was recently confirmed (Zava 1998), a powerful aphrodesiac
with the properties to act through sympathetic nervous system stimulation,
to tonify the central nervous system, urinary, reproductive, digestive
and respiratory systems. Damiania is also usefull in the treatment
of Vaginal dryness.

Angelica Sinensis
Dong Quai also
known as dang-gui in Traditional Chinese Medicine grows throughout
Asia.and is known for its ability to help women maintain hormonal
balance. Dong Quai is often referred to as the female ginseng. Traditional
uses of dong quai has been used for thousands of years in the Orient,
specifically for female complaints. Dong Quai can relax peripheral
blood vessels and it relieves menopausal conditions such as vaginal
dryness and has a mild sedative effect which can relieve stress
and calms the nerves.
Used to enrich the blood, promote circulation, regulate menstruation,
calm nerves and soothe the intestines.
